A high quality stainless steel grill should be durable and last for years. To make sure it is high quality check it with a magnet. A high quality stainless gas grill is not magnetic.
Get the largest cooking surface you can afford. If you do a lot of smoking you may want to consider a grill that has a gas grill burner, smoker or rotisserie.
Check the grill dimensions and make sure it will fit where you want to put it.
Finally, don’t forget to purchase a set of good quality grill tools, a good grill glove, and, a good quality gas grill cover.
